The Ten steps to Self Respect...

1.) Say I love you to yourself in the mirror as many times a day as you can.

2.) Repeat consistently, "I Am Whole And Perfect As I Was Created".

3.) Extend more respect to others and to all life.

4.) Affirm to yourself and all other you meet,"I Belong".

5.) Remind yourself, "I Am not Alone".

6.) Respect Your Body!

7.) Meditate to stay in conscious contact with your source, which always respects you.

8.) Make amends with your adversaries.

9.) Always remember the SELF in Self Respect!

>"I DON'T CARE!" Replace with, "IF I DID CARE, WHICH WOULD I PREFER?"

>"IT DOESN'T MATTER!" Replace with, "IF IT DID MATTER WHAT WOULD I RATHER DO!"

How to handle "Dream Killers"/ "Haters"

1.) Realize it comes with the territory of success!

It's normal for haters to attack, criticize and gossip when YOU are shaking things up! People are resentful for their own "stuff", their own fear based perspective.

2.) "Love your enemies"! - Matthew 5:44

Righteous people had critics too! Ask Them!
"No weapon formed against you shall prosper"! Isiah 64:11
Pray for them!
